Responsibilities include:

Continually sourcing and qualifying individuals with the skills and experience that align with our open roles

Contacting potential candidates to screen and determine their qualifications

Scheduling candidates for interviews

Developing a pipeline of talent for current roles and future hiring needs

Qualifications:

Ideal candidate is enthusiastic with a desire to engage with people and build relationships

Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

Entry level HR majors or experience in direct sales or recruitment is ideal

·         Create and manage employee HR policy, procedures and systems for areas including performance management, employee training and orientation, recruiting, payroll, disciplinary actions, employee benefits, regulatory compliance and time-off 

·         Implement strategic organizational changes to increase productivity and employee satisfaction

·         Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture and trains them to succeed in their roles

·         Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulation

·         Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member

·         Lead HR functions for entire organization of approximately 150 employees across 30+ locations from New York to Massachusetts

·         Manage HR department including HR Assistant

Company looking to add a Sr. Payroll Administrator to their team. Must have experience with multi state payroll and solid understanding of ADP WFN.
